Current large investments in the Sula Valley are being developed in the textile industry with varied International Companies. Taking advantage of the market dynamics and the existing infrastructure, an expansion of the Industrial Park is being developed immediately adjacent to its existing site. The expansion will have 1,180,000 square feet of additional industrial space including a regional bus terminal, a new pedestrian entrance with an expanded commercial area.
