Customs clearance on site

There is a customs office on site in which customs personnel is at your service. The Custom Agent requires all the documentation to be provided before a shipment arrives to or leaves the Zone.

24 hours perimeter security

We provide trained security personnel at the main gate, as well as surveillance in the Zone. There is a video surveillance at the main gate, and an electronic control. Perimeter security lighting.

Public cafeterias

ZIP BUFALO provides shaded shelters and public cafeterias that offer food at reasonable prices within the reach of the workers.

Grocery store

There is a store available so that employees can purchase groceries at accessible price right in the Zones premises.

Post office

There is an extension of the government's post office available for all the workers in Zip Bufalo.

Gift shop

A store within the Zone for the employees advantage.

Sports areas

The Zone has a soccer field and basket ball courts available for all the employees, also a staff of people to organize activities.

B. ENGINEERING AND MAINTENANCE

Maintenance and repairs

We provide maintenance to all street light, green areas and other common services to all tenants. We also provide civil and electro-mechanic maintenance.

Garbage and scrap material collection

We collect all your garbage and scraps out of your building that should be properly packed in bags or boxes. Hazardous waste will be handled under special arrangement.

Steam supply

ZIP BUFALO provides steam supply.

Water treatment plants

There is a sewer treatment plant that treats all household water waste from ZIP BUFALO.

Ample water supply

From our own wells, ZIP BUFALO has the capacity to supply all the Zone  with one million  gallons per day of fresh water for the household consumption.

Availability of telephone lines

The Zone is providing 4 telephone lines to each building. Each company is responsible for making all the necessary installation within the building and for paying the bill directly to HONDUTEL (the telephone company). Additional Lines can be installed at client's request. The Zone provides public telephones in the common areas for anyone who wishes to call.
